Return Period

You can send us your return and exchange requests via info@epdesigns.shop .

You can return your product within 14 days from the date you received your order, within the framework of the rules specified in the Consumer Law.

Return Conditions

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Returns of products that have been used or stained by you, that have lost their resalability, that cannot be purchased by another customer, and that have been expired for 14 days are not accepted.

There are no returns or exchanges on discounted products sold during discount campaigns.

Personalized, specially ordered or altered products (requested special size, text, etc.) cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, earring models cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping costs for returns & exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Process

After your product reaches our return address, it is reviewed by our team. The price of the product that is accepted for return is refunded to the credit card you used for your purchase within 5-7 business days. The product refund to your credit card is made by your bank within 10 business days. Ep Designs has no right to intervene in your bank during the refund process, which is completely related to your bank.

Return Fee

Your refund will be in the same way you made your payment.
